General Connect Guidance

If you have previously registered for our My Account online service, please note that we have moved to a new online service called Council Tax Connect. Further guidance can be found on our Manage my Council Tax webpage
You will need to create a new account to use the Connect service.
Connect account activation
When you create your Connect account an activation email is sent to the email address you provided when you registered. Click on the activation link in this email to sign up for our online services.
Council Tax online PIN
Once you have activated your Connect account, for security purposes you will need to answer questions to gain access to Council Tax Connect. If you have requested a PIN instead, please note that PINs can take up to 72 hours to reach you.

You can make a payment to your account without a Connect account by using the following link
Connect username reminder
If you used the “I forgot my username” option on our Connect login page, a reminder will only be sent if you correctly enter and confirm the email address that you used when creating your account.
Connect password reset
If you used the “I forgot my password” option on our Connect login page, we will only send you a reset email if you provided the correct username and security question when prompted. If an unexpected security question is displayed, please ensure that you have entered your username correctly. Your username is case sensitive.
Password reset email links expire after 24 hours.
